1. What was your previous degree? B.S. Biomedical Science
2. Where did you do your undergraduate degree? Texas A&M University
3. Why did you choose Texas A&M University? I chose to come here because I loved the campus atmosphere, traditions, and the vet school here is excellent.
4. Why did you choose to major in Nutrition? I majored in nutrition because it will help me as a veterinarian.
5. Do you like living in College Station, TX? What is the best thing about living here? Yes, I like living in College Station. I like the people here and it doesn't take you long to get anywhere.
6. Who is your major professor? Dr. Stephen B. Smith
7. What research are you doing? Lipid metabolism in cattle, swine, and rats. 8. What advice would you give to a student who is thinking about coming to Texas A&M? I would advise them to walk around the campus and talk to current students. Learn about the traditions and take advantage of every opportunity. Being a student here is a great experience, so enjoy it! Gig'em!
