1. What was your previous degree? BS, Dietetics
2. Where did you do your undergraduate degree? University of Maryland, College Park
3. Why did you choose Texas A&M University? I have wanted to attend this university for years, but the timing was not right until now. I have a history with this university going back to my grandfather, and have been an Aggie at heart since birth.
4. Why did you choose to major in Nutrition? Texas A&M's Combined MS and Dietetic Internship program will provide me with a wide range of experience as a dietetic intern and nutrition graduate student.
5. Do you like living in College Station, TX? What is the best thing about living here? I have not lived in College Station yet, but I have visited quite often throughout the years.
6. Who is your major professor? I will be working with Professor Joseph Sharkey, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Social and Behavioral Health.
7. What research are you doing? I have not decided at this point, but I would like to perform research in the area of community nutrition. 8. What advice would you give to a student who is thinking about coming to Texas A&M? Do your research and make as many contacts as possible, as soon as possible. Make sure you find the right program and school for the education you wish to obtain.
