college and have spent the last two years working at the Fort Worth
Zoo in there Nutrition department including their Laboratory and Commissary
looking at the nutrition of exotic animals.
5. Do you like living in College Station,
TX? What is the best thing about living here?
I do like living here in Bryan/College Station because
it's far enough away from the big cities to see the stars at night but
College Station is a large enough town so you don't feel like you're
completely isolated from the rest of the world.
6. Who is your major professor?
Dr. Stephen B. Smith
7. What research are you doing?
Next semester we hope to start looking at comparative
lipid metabolism in the Cow, Pig and Rat.
8. What advice would you give to a student
who is thinking about coming to Texas A&M?
I'm just starting out but I've already found some great
friends in the other graduate students. I can already tell that I'm
going to enjoy my time here. If you're from out-of-state, it's going
to be a culture
shock, but if you're from in-state, it's business as usual!!!
