    Baccalaureate of agronomy

2. Where did you do your undergraduate degree?

    Department of Aquaculture, Ocean University of China, Qingdao, P. R. China

3. Why did you choose Texas A&M University?

    Leading university in the world for agricultural sciences . There are many excellent scholars in Faculty of Nutrition.

4. Why did you choose to major in Nutrition?

    Nutrition is very interesting to me.

5. Do you like living in College Station, TX? What is the best thing about living here?

    Yes. Texans are very friendly and helpful.

6. Who is your major professor?

    Dr. Delbert M. Gatlin III

7. What research are you doing?

    I am working on the interaction of nutrition and immunity in warm water fish (hybrid striped bass, red drum and channel catfish) to develop cost-efficient dietary strategies to enhance disease resistance of aqua-cultured fish.

8. What advice would you give to a student who is thinking about coming to Texas A&M?

    Choose Texas A&M, because it is an essential step towards a true nutritionist.
